안녕하세요! 우리 버몬트 한인연합감리교회 웹사이트를  찾아주신 여러분을 주님의 이름으로 축복합니다. 이렇게 랜선으로 먼저 인사를 나누고 저희 신앙 식구들의 이야기를 전할 수 있어 참 감사합니다. 1996년 첫 예배를 드린 이래, 저희 교회는 다채로운 삶의 결을 가진 이들이 모여 서로의 이야기에 귀 기울이는 따뜻한 터전이 되어왔습니다. 지금 우리 교회는 당신이 삶의 여정의 어느 지점을 지나고 계시든, 어떠한 배경을 가졌든 상관없이 있는 모습 그대로 찾아오셔서 편안하게 숨 쉴 수 있는 곳입니다.

우리의 비전과 사명!
o    꿈과 소망이 피어나는 신앙 공동체: 우리 교회는 하나님의 부르심을 따라 이 멀고 낯선 땅에 꿈과 소망, 그리고 분명한 목적을 가지고 모인 하나님의 자녀들이 함께 예배하고, 깊은 친교를 나누며, 내일의 꿈을 만들어가는 거룩한 공동체입니다.
o    동포들에게 고향집 같은 따뜻한 안식처: 이 땅의 한인교회는 교인들만을 위한 울타리에 머무를 수 없습니다. 버몬트에 터를 잡고 살아가는 모든 한인 동포들이 언제든 찾아와 친정이나 고향집 같은 정을 느끼고, 지친 삶에 새로운 용기와 위로를 얻는 따뜻한 보금자리가 되고자 합니다.
o    세상과 이웃을 향해 열린 공동체: 우리 교회는 한국인의 정체성을 아끼지만, 결코 우리끼리만 담을 쌓는 섬이 되지 않으려 합니다. 하나님께서 온 세상을 품으셨듯, 우리 역시 우리가 발딛고 살아가는 버몬트의 모든 이웃과 다양한 문화적 배경을 가진 이들에게 다가갑니다. 누구든 귀하게 여기고, 겸손히 섬기며, 사랑을 흘려보내는 환대의 장이 되는 것이 우리의 바람입니다.

언제든 가벼운 마음으로  우리의 예배와 친교의 자리에 함께해 주세요. 서로의 삶을 다정하게 나누는 가운데, 마음 깊은 곳을 어루만지시고 지친 삶을 회복시키시는 성령의 은혜를 함께 맛보시기를 원합니다.

Greetings! Thank you for visiting the website of Vermont Korean American United Methodist Church. It is my pleasure to welcome you and present to you who we are. Since 1996, the congregation of Vermont Korean Church has opened their hearts, minds, and doors to welcome people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey.

Our Vision & Mission!
o    A Faith Community of Shared Dreams and Hope: We are a sacred family called together by God in this place, bringing our dreams, hopes, and purpose. Here, as God’s beloved children, we gather to worship, share deep fellowship, and build a brighter future together.
o    A Warm Home Away from Home for Our Community: Our church reaches beyond walls—we are a sanctuary of faith, hope, and love for all Korean immigrants living in this land. It is the heart of our congregation and my pastoral vision to offer everyone a warm, home-like embrace, renewal, and courage for life's journey.
o    An Open Door to All Neighbors: While rooted in our Korean heritage, we are never an isolated island. Just as God's love and the Gospel of Jesus Christ are meant for all humanity, our doors are wide open to every neighbor, culture, and background in the Vermont community. We strive to be an inclusive house of prayer and service that welcomes, respects, and shares God’s grace with everyone.
